1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products and services provided by sportjz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") through the website https://sportjz.net and any associated mobile interfaces. By accessing or using the sportjz platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or as a visitor — you ("the User", "the Player", "you") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered through sportjz, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions; where they conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence in the scope to which they apply.

sportjz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

By registering an account with sportjz, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documents during the verification process.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the sportjz platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements, unless you have disclosed this fact during registration.

sportjz employs automated and manual age and identity verification processes. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, sportjz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account in question and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a verified underage user will be returned via the original payment method after deducting any associated processing costs.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or use the sportjz platform. sportjz may use geo-location or other technical means to enforce this restriction, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with the individual player.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of sportjz services, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the sportjz platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS for OTP verification.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing. sportjz strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sportjz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage of your membership, including before your first withdrawal, when withdrawal amounts exceed certain thresholds, or when account activity triggers a review flag. Accepted documents typically include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address documents such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months may also be required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed. sportjz will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or incorrect KYC submissions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sportjz account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. sportjz will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify sportjz support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sportjz will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sportjz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). sportjz supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient and fast access for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sportjz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

4.2 Deposits

Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. sportjz does not charge any fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your MFS or bank provider for their applicable rates.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed within the same business day, subject to the volume of requests at the time. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to reflect in your account depending on interbank processing timelines.

sportjz reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering (AML) checks to any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal triggers an AML review, processing may be delayed while the review is completed. sportjz will communicate any delays to the player promptly. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by sportjz compliance on a case-by-case basis.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

sportjz offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. 5.2 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

sportjz periodically offers promotions timed to coincide with major Bangladeshi cultural events and sporting tournaments, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and ICC cricket tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available only during the stated promotional windows.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the sportjz platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. The specific rules of each game are governed by the rules published by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or manifest error in odds or pricing, sportjz reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by the error, regardless of whether the error appeared to benefit the player. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied across all game types. sportjz will not be liable to pay winnings arising from a confirmed technical error.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sportjz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or exploiting promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the sportjz platform, including placing bets, spinning slots, or navigating game interfaces.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed at sportjz.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the sportjz platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with sportjz support.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing sportjz staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the sportjz platform systems, databases, or another player's account.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your sportjz account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.

sportjz employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across all platform activity. Any account flagged for prohibited conduct will be subject to a full review. During a review, withdrawal privileges may be suspended. The outcome of a prohibited conduct review is final and binding.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

sportjz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage of their relationship with sportjz.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk under sportjz's AML, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming policies.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools described in Section 7.
• sportjz has received a valid legal order requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your sportjz account at any time by contacting sportjz support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, sportjz will process any eligible pending withdrawal to your verified payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to re-verification, unless the account was closed under a self-exclusion arrangement.

9.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by sportjz due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at sportjz's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, or due to circumstances unrelated to player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sportjz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, payment processors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sportjz platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity.

sportjz does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, payment system downtime, and force majeure events may occasionally cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. sportjz will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

The sportjz platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sportjz makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any information or functionality on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sportjz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

sportjz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sportjz will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the sportjz platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you should cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. sportjz recommends reviewing this page at least once per quarter and whenever you receive a notification of changes from sportjz.

12 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the sportjz platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sportjz is incorporated. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
